Just being a hobo.

I have had a headache for three days. At first I thought it was due to dehydration but now I'm not so sure. I've been drinking water at such a steady rate that it feels like every time I put the glass down, I have to pee.

So now I'm probably over-hydrated and I still have a headache. And yes, I have medicated myself but it isn't working.

It has gotten so bad that last night I threw up at work. I didn't feel sick afterwards and I didn't feel sick before. Just one moment I was standing in the cash office and the next minute I was running to the bathroom to try and throw up without anyone noticing.

I have also not been able to read or concentrate on anything. I really think this could all be related to my vision and should probably go to the eye doctor immediately.

A Recap of Recent Events

My last post (other than my just posted July reads) was posted July 22. I had recently returned from a visit to Montana and I had nothing exciting to say.

Then about a week later Mom had to go into emergency surgery and I left for my second summer vacation earlier than planned. I was in MT from August 1-13.

Mom is now doing fine. She had about a week or so in the hospital and then home for 4-6 weeks of recovery. Which meant I was running around trying to keep her from lifting things, doing chores and keeping her from the garden.

While there, the kiddos came up from OKC to visit for a long weekend. It was so much fun. Spent my first MT visit in ten years doing actual MT summer things: went to Creamery Picnic, floated the river, went to the fair, ate at all my favorite gross restaurants, etc.

So while the first half was stressful when Mom was in the hospital, the second half was fun and a little relaxing.

In other news....

RF has moved to Boston which fills me with sadness. Right now he and DB are on a cross-country trip so it doesn't actually feel like he has moved. It feels like he is on vacation. But once he stops posting pictures of this trip and is actually in Boston, I am sure I will be quite sad.

here is a funny picture of RF and DB visiting my mom and BN (mom's bf) in Missoula. At the Cracker Barrel!

I have been hanging out at home, reading a lot and watching a lot of movies I have already watched a million times. I am up to 61 books for the year as of the end of July.
