I really would like to take a nap right now, but I can't because I'm in the process of watching ZY and TY for the day/overnight.
JY and My are celebrating their anniversery in Vegas this weekend. JY ran a half-marathon on the strip this morning. Crazy lady.
This morning I woke up super early and packed a few things before walking down the trail to Scholls Ferry so I could catch a bus downtown and then out to NE to get to the Y house by ten a.m.
And kids wear you out.
Thus the wish for a nap.
Friday night I went to Starbucks with AA and kicked his ass at Scrabble. Then went to the Ambassador for karaoke, horrilbe service and an over-priced martini. (It's Grey-Goose, not holy water.)
Saturday I was up early for two different used book sales. Then home for a small nap and then over to Beaverton to meet AM for dinner. Then home to fall asleep before SNL and up early to watch the kidditos.
"I think I have chronic fatigue syndrome," I told a friend Saturday morning.
"I think you have lazy bones syndrome," she replied.
"You know, it is that sort of attitude that gives sufferers of this disease a bad name."
And then I conceded, saying "I have stay up too late, get up to early disease."
